By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all policies, including our Shipping and Refund Policies.
2. Products & Services
We offer the following:
a. Ready-Made Embroidered Patches
Patches available in our shop as-is.
Customers may request minor customizations (e.g., color changes, text edits) depending on feasibility.
b. Custom Patch Orders
Customers can request fully personalized patches, including:
- Custom shapes
- Custom artwork
- Personalized designs
- Modified versions of our in-stock patches
All custom-patch projects include design creation, digitizing, embroidery, and finishing.
3. Order Process
a. Ready-Made Patches
Orders for ready-made patches are processed within 24–48 hours on business days.
b. Custom Patch Orders
Custom orders follow these steps:
- Submit your design / instructions
- Receive a digital proof or mockup
- Approve the design
- Production begins (no further edits allowed)
- Order is shipped upon completion
Average production time: 5–10 business days (complex orders may require more time).
4. Design Approval (Very Important)
For all custom patches, design approval is the final confirmation.
Once a customer approves the design:
- The order cannot be canceled
- The order cannot be refunded
- Changes cannot be made to the design or specifications
This is because embroidery digitizing and production begin immediately after approval.
5. Confidentiality & Design Ownership
We respect your privacy and creativity.
- All custom designs are treated with 100% confidentiality
- We never share, publish, or showcase custom designs without the customer’s explicit written approval
- Customers retain full ownership of their artwork
- We do not resell, reuse, or redistribute any custom design files
If you grant us permission to post your custom patch on social media or our website, we may display it strictly for promotional purposes.
6. Pricing & Payment
Prices for ready-made and custom patches are listed on our website or provided in a custom quote.
Payment must be completed in full before production begins.
We accept major payment methods (add yours: e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer).
7. Shipping
We ship worldwide via FedEx.
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch (varies by location).
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in their country.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Ready-Made Patches
Returns or cancellations may be accepted if the product is unused and in original condition.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order.
Custom Patch Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom products:
- No cancellations after design approval
- No refunds once production begins
- Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects
We will repair or replace any defective item free of charge.
9. Quality Assurance
Every patch undergoes strict inspection before shipment.
However, slight variations in color, thread texture, or stitching are normal due to the nature of embroidery and digital displays.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, text, and product images on our website belong to patchgram and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.
Custom designs provided by customers remain their intellectual property.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Customs-related delays
- Losses due to incorrect addresses provided by customers
- Minor visual variations inherent in embroidery work
Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.
12. Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to process orders and provide support.
We do not sell customer information to third parties.
