At Patchgram, every embroidered patch is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. Whether you’re ordering ready-made embroidered patches or fully custom designs, our goal is to deliver your package quickly, safely, and reliably — no matter where in the world you are.


1. Shipping Partners

All orders are shipped via FedEx, our trusted global logistics partner known for fast international delivery and secure handling.
We offer worldwide shipping, covering all major regions including:

  • North America
  • Europe
  • Middle East
  • Asia
  • Australia & New Zealand
  • South America
  • Africa

If FedEx does not service a specific region, our support team will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative method.


2. Processing Time

Ready-Made Patches

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days.

Custom Patch Orders

  • Production time varies depending on design complexity and order volume.
  • Most custom patch orders are completed and dispatched within 3–10 business days.
  • You will receive status updates at each stage: design approval → digitizing → production → quality check → dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the destination country and customs clearance (where applicable).
Typical FedEx delivery timeframes:

Standard Delivery

  • Worldwide: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Remote or restricted regions may require additional days.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email/SMS that allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.


5. Shipping Costs

We offer flat $20 all our order


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • VAT or GST

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to:

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

10. Split Shipments

If your order contains both ready-made and custom items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
