1. Shipping Partners
All orders are shipped via FedEx, our trusted global logistics partner known for fast international delivery and secure handling.
We offer worldwide shipping, covering all major regions including:

- Africa
If FedEx does not service a specific region, our support team will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative method.
2. Processing Time
Ready-Made Patches
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days.
Custom Patch Orders
- Production time varies depending on design complexity and order volume.
- Most custom patch orders are completed and dispatched within 3–10 business days.
- You will receive status updates at each stage: design approval → digitizing → production → quality check → dispatch.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the destination country and customs clearance (where applicable).
Typical FedEx delivery timeframes:
Standard Delivery
- Worldwide: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Remote or restricted regions may require additional days.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email/SMS that allows you to monitor your shipment in real time.
